Submission Rules

All submitted photographs must be in one of the following file formats: JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg), PNG (.png), or GIF (.gif). Files in other formats (such as BMP or TIFF) will not be accepted. In addition, each image file size should be under 1 MB to ensure smooth uploading and storage. Oversized images may be removed or rejected.

When submitting, please include a brief title and a short description of the image (max 50 words). Submissions should reflect one of the official photography categories of this club. Submitting irrelevant content (e.g., copyrighted images, memes, or graphics) is not permitted and will result in disqualification.

Voting & Winner Rules

Voting is open to all registered club members. Each member may vote once per voting cycle. Votes submitted after the deadline will not be counted. The winners of each category will be announced on the Gallery page. Submitted images may be reused for future competitions only with the owner’s consent.

Please note that by submitting your photograph, you grant permission for the club to display it on the site’s gallery and voting pages. If you wish to withdraw your submission, contact us via email and we will remove it within 48 hours.
